Scarpulla has become a partner in our San Francisco office.  Mr. Scarpulla has an extensive background handling complex antitrust litigation matters on behalf of corporate and individual plaintiffs.  He is past Chair of The Antitrust and Trade Regulation Section of the California State Bar and was honored as “Antitrust Attorney of the Year” in 2005 by the Antitrust Section of the California State Bar.
