Jennifer practices in several areas of complex civil litigation but has focused primarily in insurance coverage litigation. She has been involved in first-party property coverage disputes in multiple contexts and has experience with issues relating to policy interpretation and the application of a variety of coverage exclusions and policy endorsements. Jennifer was involved in the insurance and reinsurance claims and litigation arising from the 9/11 terrorist attack in New York. Additionally, she has experience in commercial contract and securities litigation. She has been involved in litigation in several federal and state courts, including California, Wisconsin, New York, and Minnesota, and has represented clients in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Reinsurance arbitration concerning liability for underlying multi-billion dollar property damage and time element claims made following destruction of the World Trade Center complex on September 11.
