Jimmy’s practice is dedicated solely to complex litigation matters. He primarily represents commercial property insurers in coverage disputes and bad faith litigation. Jimmy also has significant experience in complex commercial disputes involving breach of contract, business torts, professional negligence, products liability, deceptive trade practices, and intellectual property. In addition, Jimmy has represented employers and management-level employees in matters involving workplace discrimination, civil rights violations, protection of trade secrets, enforcement of non-competition agreements, and other employment-related issues.

Successfully defended manufacturer of prefabricated fireplace systems against multi-million dollar products liability claim; obtained non-suit from plaintiff in exchange for nothing from client.
Obtained summary dismissal of business tort claims asserted against international biopharmaceutical company.
Obtained summary judgment on behalf of plaintiffs (including award of all attorney’s fees and costs) in suit for breach of contract and breach of settlement agreement.
Assisted Fortune 100 company in successful defense of multi-million dollar suit involving claims for breach of contract, employment discrimination, and a variety of business torts; obtained summary judgment in favor of client; judgment affirmed by federal court of appeals.
Successfully defended healthcare provider against breach of contract and conversion claims; obtained non-suit from plaintiff at no out-of-pocket expense to client.
Assisted provider of insurance and financial services in successful suit to enforce non-competition and non-disclosure agreements; obtained judicial decree enforcing terms of both agreements.
