Joe specializes in complex business litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants at the trial and appellate levels. For many years, Joe's practice focused primarily on representing opt-out or direct action plaintiffs in antitrust litigation. More recently, Joe has focused on developing a class action defense practice. He also has experience in securities, intellectual property, contract and employment litigation. Joe is a contributing author to Proof of Conspiracy Under the Federal Antitrust Laws, to be published in the Spring of 2010 by the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust law.
