Kerry is Managing Partner of the firm's Dallas office.  He represents several major insurance companies throughout the United States on their largest and most complex cases. Included among the cases that Kerry has recently handled are claims arising out of the September 11 terrorist attack and claims arising out of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
