Eric has counseled and represented individuals and corporate clients in all aspects of civil litigation, with an emphasis on complex, multi-party litigation in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Eric has extensive experience advising and representing clients in insurance-related litigation, including asbestos and environmental coverage, first party property, workers’ compensation, employer’s liability, professional liability, corporate successor issues, bad faith, and subrogation. Eric has also litigated claims involving commercial disputes, intellectual property, products liability, residential real estate, landlord-tenant disputes, and personal injury claims.
