Thomas H. Cook, Jr.

Tom practices in the area of complex litigation including property insurance coverage litigation, commercial litigation, and subrogation. He has tried, litigated and arbitrated matters involving products liability, insurance coverage, construction defect, fire spread, professional negligence, commercial contracts and employee fraud/theft.
