Rolf E. Gilbertson

Rolf Gilbertson has over 30 years of experience in trying complex civil actions and arbitrations in state and federal courts and administrative agencies in various states. His experience includes actions and arbitrations involving general liability insurance coverage concerning environmental and asbestos claims, reinsurance, insurance extra contractual liability, construction liability, environmental liability, civil rights liability, municipal liability, employment liability, officers and directors liability, banking liability, securities, and general business disputes. Rolf has represented major national and international insurance companies and general business corporations as well as individuals in these various disputes. In addition to trials and arbitrations, he has advised Fortune 500 corporations, including insurers and general business corporations, on matters of insurance coverage as well as various areas of civil liability. Rolf is a panel arbitrator for the Minneapolis chapter of the American Arbitration Association and participates on both the insurance and construction arbitrators’ panels. He also donates time each year to the legal representation of indigent individuals in civil actions.
