M. Anthony Parsons II

Tony primarily practices in the commercial property insurance area. He represents insurers in handling subrogation recovery matters and coverage disputes. The subrogation matters generally involve natural disasters, including floods, hurricanes, rainstorms and snowstorms, and fires. The coverage disputes include cargo claims, construction issues, arson investigations and the defense of extra-contractual/bad faith claims.
