Tim Regan is an experienced litigator. His primary practice areas are insurance coverage litigation and reinsurance arbitrations. He has represented plaintiffs in claims against employers for wrongful termination of employment. He also has substantial experience in environmental and municipal litigation and has represented plaintiffs in class action litigation against railroads and telecommunication companies involving the improper installation of fiber optic cable on railroad rights of way.
