Troy J. Seibert
Troy handles a variety of complex litigation matters in state and federal courts across the country. As part of Zelle Hofmann’s complex insurance litigation practice, Troy has represented both insurers and insureds in complex insurance subrogation matters, insurance coverage disputes, and reinsurance matters. He also represents both plaintiffs and defendants in general commercial litigation matters, including commercial contract disputes, products liability matters, and construction disputes. Troy has also been heavily involved in a number of complex class actions representing plaintiffs against numerous Fortune 500 companies.
Troy was named a "Rising Star" for 2005 and 2006 by Minnesota Law & Politics.
