Paul Sullivan
Paul handles a variety of complex litigation matters with an emphasis in insurance coverage and antitrust. He is a member of the team representing a large property insurer in the multi-billion dollar coverage and subrogation litigation related to the destruction of the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. He has considerable expertise in the analysis and presentation of complex damages issues in tort and insurance cases.
Paul came to Zelle Hofmann in 2003 after five years as an assistant prosecuting attorney. In that position, he was responsible for the prosecution of serious felonies, including homicides, and tried over 20 cases to juries.
Paul serves as the hiring partner for the firm's Boston office and is a member of the firm's diversity committee.
