Perry E. Wallace
Perry specializes in the areas of environmental litigation and counseling, corporate law and finance, and alternative dispute resolution. He has litigated in courts all over the country and has served as an arbitrator, an appointed mediator and an expert witness. He is a Professor of Law at the Washington College of Law, American University, where he teaches environmental law, corporate law, securities law and legal accounting. He has also taught at the George Washington University, the University of Baltimore, the University of Richmond, the Antioch Law School, and the Université de Droit, D’ Economie et Des Sciences d’ Aix-Marseille III. He has lectured and presented papers in France, Switzerland, Belgium, Colombia, Chile and Nigeria.
