Zelle Hofmann attorney, Judith Zahid, will moderate a discussion on the critical considerations in deciding whether to settle an antitrust case at the San Francisco Bar Association's lunchtime seminar Settling or Not Settling Antitrust Cases. Attorney Francis Scarpulla will speak on the panel discussing the right time to settle a case; how you position a case for settlement; what works and what doesn't work in mediation; tools that can be used to apportion the settlement in a multi-defendant case; and the settlement alternatives to cash.
