Zelle Hofmann Adds Five Associates

Zelle Hofmann is pleased to announce the addition of five associates–Lindsey Bruning, Christine Phan, Shawn Stuckey, Chris Tymchuck and Jane Yi.

Lindsey Bruning joins Zelle Hofmann’s Dallas office, focusing her practice in the area of complex business litigation. She earned her J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law, where she held the position of associate editor for the St. Mary’s Law Journal, and her B.A. from the University of Texas.

Christine Phan joins the firm’s Boston office, focusing her practice in the area of complex business litigation, with an emphasis on insurance coverage disputes and class actions. She earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where she served as managing editor of the Journal of Science and Technology Law. Christine earned her B.A. in East Asian Studies, summa cum laude, and her B.S. in Zoology-Biomedical Studies, with distinction, from the University of Oklahoma.

Shawn Stuckey joins Zelle Hofmann’s Minneapolis office, focusing his practice in the area of complex business litigation, with an emphasis on antitrust and class actions. He earned his J.D., with high distinction, from the University of St. Thomas Law School, where he received three dean’s awards for academic excellence. In law school, Shawn held the positions of circulation editor for The Midwest BLSA Law Journal and associate editor for The University of St. Thomas School of Law Review. He earned his B.S.B.A., high distinction, in Business and Marketing from Troy University. Shawn is the current co-chair of the legal department for the St. Paul Chapter of the NAACP. Shawn testified in Geneva, Switzerland before the United Nations Committee on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination.

Chris Tymchuck joins the firm’s Minneapolis office, focusing her practice in the areas of complex business litigation and insurance coverage litigation. She earned her J.D. from William Mitchell School of Law, where she received the CALI Award in Law and Legal Systems and was an active staff member for the William Mitchell Law Review. Chris received her B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Jane Yi joins the firm’s San Francisco office, focusing her practice in the area of complex business litigation, with an emphasis on antitrust and unfair competition. She earned her J.D. from the University of California, Davis, and her B.A. in English, from the University of California, Los Angeles. During law School, Jane externed at the Stanford Community Law Clinic in East Palo Alto, California.
