Francis Scarpulla Profiled in UC Hastings Magazine Regarding His International Antitrust Practice

Zelle Hofmann Partner Francis Scarpulla was profiled in the Fall 2011 issue of UC Hastings Magazine. The issue, entitled "Making a Mark on the World," focuses on legal professionals advancing the practice of international law. In 2009, Fran became a solicitor in the United Kingdom. His 45 years of domestic antitrust and class action experience is highly regarded as the European Union continues to develop its class action procedures. While Fran’s European credentials benefit the firm’s international clients, his global work focuses more on big-picture policy questions. Fran has been to France to advise on restitutions, traveled to London to lecture on antitrust case mediation, and is an active member of the International Bar Association.
