Craig Corbitt Interviewed By National Public Radio Regarding LCD Settlement

Partner Craig Corbitt was interviewed for a July 27 broadcast of National Public Radio’s All Things Considered.  The story, “LCD Price-Fixing Ends With Historic Settlement,” focused on a federal judge in San Francisco giving preliminary approval to settlements in a class action lawsuit over price-fixing of LCD screens used in TVs, monitors and laptops.  The total settlement amount is over $1 billion. Zelle Hofmann is co-lead counsel for the plaintiffs in the case, and Craig was quoted in the story regarding the record-breaking settlement.
