  • Easy – Your customers can enroll with Zelle® in just a few simple steps. If they’re already using Zelle®, they just need to provide you with their enrolled email address or U.S. mobile number when they opt-in to receive electronic payments from you.

How it Works

Step 1:

Corporate customer invites consumers to opt-in to receive payment via Zelle®.

Step 2:

Corporate customer sends payment file to Zelle® member bank including recipient’s email address or U.S. mobile number and payment amount.

Step 3:

Recipients already enrolled with Zelle® receive an email or text notification from their bank or credit union indicating a payment has been received.
